The spiritual workout body mind and Soul

1.       For those that trust in the lord God he will defend you. Rejoice and magnify   God.  (Psalms 5:11)
       11: But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice: let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee.

2.       For all the righteous shout and praise the Lord. For God is happy to hand out prosperity to the righteous, and he will use our tongue of how he loves to hear our shout of glory to the Lord.  (Psalm 35:27,28)
        27: Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the LORD be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.
28: And my tongue shall speak of thy righteousness and of thy praise all the day long

3.       Show the Lord your victory praise the Lord with your month and your hands  (Psalms 47:1)
             1: O clap your hands, all ye people; shout unto God with the voice of triumph

       4.   The return of Jesus Christ is going to be heard to all the world with a shout.
              With the trump of God comfort one another with theses words. (I thess 4:13-18)
                 13: But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye     sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.
14: For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
15: For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
16: For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
18: Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

           5.  No need to feel defeated the enemies have not won, lift your head up and sing  praises to the Lord (Psalms 27:6)
          6: And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the LORD.

      6.  Praise the Lord with musical instruments (Psalms 149:1-6)
             1: Praise ye the LORD. Sing unto the LORD a new song, and his praise in the congregation of saints.
2: Let Israel rejoice in him that made him: let the children of Zion be joyful in their King.
3: Let them praise his name in the dance: let them sing praises unto him with the timbrel and harp.
4: For the LORD taketh pleasure in his people: he will beautify the meek with salvation.
5: Let the saints be joyful in glory: let them sing aloud upon their beds.
6: Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two edged sword in their hand;

7.     Quench not the spirit of God  (I Thessalonians 5:16:19)
 16: Rejoice evermore.
17: Pray without ceasing.
18: In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
19: Quench not the Spirit.

8.        If we don’t praise the Lord the rocks will praise the Lord. (Luke 19:37-40)
         37: And when he was come nigh, even now at the descent of the mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works that they had seen;
38: Saying, Blessed be the King that cometh in the name of the Lord: peace in heaven, and glory in the highest.
39: And some of the Pharisees from among the multitude said unto him, Master, rebuke thy disciples.
40: And he answered and said unto them, I tell you that, if these should hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out.

9.     The world loves to praise their own before they praise the Lord.  (John 12:43)
          43: For they loved the praise of men more than the praise of God

10.    I shall not be ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ (Philippians 1:20)
             20: According to my earnest expectation and my hope, that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but that with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ shall be magnified in my body, whether it be by life, or by death.

Romans 8:12-13 Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. 13For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.
