Are you sure that you are living in the soundness of righteousness
and holiness that you have promised the Lord? Becoming aware of the worldly
dangers that can, and will affect your future life to come is in your hands.
I John
4:4-6 Ye are of God, little
children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he
that is in the world. 5They
are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them. 6We are of God: he that knoweth God
heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of
truth, and the spirit of error.
When a word of confession is made the truth must come out. In
this world man has created means to get the truth out of someone by torturing
you with pain to the body or someone you know. The word of God states that we
should not fear what man can do to the body, but fear when both body and soul
are destroy in hell fire.
Matthew 10:28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not
able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul
and body in hell.
What you receive in your life is what you sow in your life, and
also what you have sowed is what you will reap. Jesus said that his yoke is
easy and his burden is light.
Galatians 6:7-9 7Be
not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he
also reap. 8For he that soweth to his flesh shall of
the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit
reap life everlasting. 9And let us not be weary in well doing:
for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not
Works of the flesh are?
Galatians 5:19-21 Now
the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery,
fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,20Idolatry,
witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, 21Envyings,
murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you
before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which
do such things shall not
inherit the kingdom of God.
What is your pay for sin and righteousness?
Romans 6:23 For
the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus
Christ our Lord.
What is the gift?
Ephesians 2:8 For by grace are ye
saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the
gift of God:
Matthew 11:29-30 Take my yoke upon you,
and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto
your souls. 30For
my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
You can’t, have the whole amour of God, if you have sin. How can
one be dirty and put clean clothes on your vessel? Are you not defeating the
purpose for fulfilling the promise of righteousness? (Ephesians 6:13-18)
Matthew 23:25 Woe unto you, scribes
and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the
platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess. 26Thou blind Pharisee,
cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that
the outside of them may be clean also.27Woe unto you, scribes and
Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed
appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men's bones,
and of all uncleanness. 28Even
so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of
hypocrisy and iniquity.
Example of the light
bulb
A light bulb is an
enclosed glass with a filament inside. Two things must be done to activate the
light. First we need to find a location for a source of electrical power for
the bulb, second a switch to connect the power to our light source to activate the
bulb for our light. Our heart is inside an enclosed glass as the light bulb
needs a source of electrical power to light its filament. We will need to seek
for the source of power to activate our heart to light our path to see our way
through.
The world brings many
types of sources of power, like drugs, drinking, pornography, lovers of
themselves, pride, sex, And this is a listed among just a few. This source of
power is like water and electric they don’t mixes, wiring the bulb to ground
could create a short circuit. If you continue to seek the world power you will
also short circuit. If you go by the book, (The word of God) You will connect
to the right source, and you will become the light that will never short
circuit.
Ephesians 5:11 And have no fellowship with the
unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.
II Corinthians 6:17
Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and
touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,
Jesus is the way the
truth and the light. John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him,
I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Without Holiness no
man shall see God
Hebrew 12:14 Follow peace with all men,
and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord
