Potter at wheel

If you let the artist of your life mold you into a beautiful sculpture, he will make you into a goriest piece of art” You will never want to leave the hands of the artist that made you. Its time! Come all, and run to the creator of all things. He is the key to your life and the preserver for your future. Remember that if you will seek you will find. The Lord Jesus Christ is the savior for all the people. If you come to him he will in no wise cast you out. Let’s understand the story of the potter at the wheel.

Jeremiah 18: 1 The word which came to Jeremiah from the LORD, saying, 2Arise, and go down to the potter's house, and there I will cause thee to hear my words. 3Then I went down to the potter's house, and, behold, he wrought a work on the wheels. 4And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter: so he made it again another vessel, as seemed good to the potter to make it.5Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying, 6O house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this potter? saith the LORD. Behold, as the clay is in the potter's hand, so are ye in mine hand, O house of Israel.
Without God you can do nothing. We need advise like direction, and strength through the Lord. Let God mold our lives to be refined perfected and strengthen. A true craftsman will spend many hours creating the work of his heart. Jesus works with us, for a life time. But if we change direction while the potter is hard at work molding the creation of his heart. How will he be able to create and refine?

Romans 9:20-21 Nay but, O man, who art thou that repliest against God? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why hast thou made me thus?21Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour?

A cleansed vessel of God becomes the property of God. I Corinthian 7:22,23 For he that is called in the Lord, being a servant, is the Lord's freeman: likewise also he that is called, being free, is Christ's servant. 23Ye are bought with a price; be not ye the servants of men.
You are not of the world, so the world will hate its own, but you of the Lord.
St. John 15:19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.
Sanctify yourself in Holiness body, in mind, and heart. John 17:17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.

Jesus is the vine we are the branches
St. John 15:3-5 Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. 4Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. 5I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him,
Wrong mix can ruin the clay. II Corinthian 6:14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? 15And what concord hath Christ with Belial? (Belial means Satan) or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? (Infidel means one who is not a Christian or who opposes Christianity)

Paul urges believers not to form binding relationship with nonbelievers because this might weaken their Christian’s commitment, integrity, or standards. Earlier, Paul had explained that this did not mean isolating themselves from nonbelievers.

Paul wanted believing spouses I Corinthians 7:12,13 12But to the rest speak I, not the Lord: If any brother hath a wife that believeth not, and she be pleased to dwell with him, let him not put her away. 13And the woman which hath an husband that believeth not, and if he be pleased to dwell with her, let her not leave him
Paul wanted believers to be active in their witness for Christ to nonbelievers, but they should not lock themselves into personal or business relationships that could cause them to compromise their faith. Believers should avoid situations that would force them to divide their loyalties.

Jesus didn’t come for the righteous he came to sinners for repentance Matthew 9:10-13 And it came to pass, as Jesus sat at meat in the house, behold, many publicans and sinners came and sat down with him and his disciples. 11And when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto his disciples, Why eateth your Master with publicans and sinners? 12But when Jesus heard that, he said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick. 13But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

Self-righteous person are those that refuse to allow God to mold them on the potter’s wheel. Matthew 23:25-26 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess. 26Thou blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also.

Proverbs 14:12 12There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death
