Daniel 3:15-29
The story of
the faithful 3 Hebrew boys Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego will always remind
us that God is greater the man. We seem to forget that God will get us through
are most difficult times no matter what you maybe going through.
Our flesh
can only see as far as we can look line of sight. Our strength is limited in
this world. If you work through God, we can receive a booster in our lives with
unlimited favors from the Lord. God is not line of sight. He is our overseer
with no limitation.
Matthew
26:41 Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is
willing, but the flesh is weak.
I John 4:4 Ye
are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that
is in you, than he that is in the world.
The devil
from the beginning create a mindset that we can overpower God.
Genesis 3:4 Ye
shall not surely die: 5 For God doth know
that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be
as gods, knowing good and evil.
After the
great flood. If you recall as the world began to turn against God again. Man
created a tower to reach God, The Lord was very angry with man and change the
course of man that day.
The tower of Babel
Genesis
11:4-11 And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may
reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad
upon the face of the whole earth. 5And the
LORD came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men
builded. 6And the LORD said, Behold, the
people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to
do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to
do. 7Go to, let us go down, and there
confound their language, that they may not understand one another's speech. 8So the LORD scattered them abroad from thence upon
the face of all the earth: and they left off to build the city. 9Therefore is the name of it called Babel; because
the LORD did there confound the language of all the earth: and from thence did
the LORD scatter them abroad upon the face of all the earth.
The 3 Hebrew
boys proved their faith by not trying to feature out God from a carnal, or a theory
of scientific methods which ends up in endless studies of dead ends. They knew
if they trusted in the Lord as a loving God they would have the upper hand on
any issues of life. You are a winner with the Lord on your side. Who could compete
with God?
Romans 8:31 What
shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be
against us?
Proverbs 3:
5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own
understanding.
As we could
see in our last days science is increasing in knowledge to feature out where
heaven and God exist. This is a reminder of another Babel days. The bible tells
us that man will increase in knowledge.
Daniel 12:4 But
thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time
of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.
Pray always,
and always look to the Lord for direction. Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego had
a relationship with God that would never change their mind to compromise their
faith. They really loved the Lord to give there human life up for God. They had
a love that was authentic.
