Proverbs
16:5 Every one that is proud in heart is an abomination to the
LORD: though hand join in hand, he shall not be unpunished.
Pride is the
inter voice whispers to you saying my way is better.
Jeremiah
13:15 Hear ye, and give ear; be not proud: for the LORD hath spoken.
To have
pride it's a sin. If you can't lower your standards to a Godly matter you have
pride.
Proverbs
16:18 Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall.

The Lord
hates pride, The prideful will not be unpunished
Isaiah 25:11
And he shall spread forth his hands in the midst of them, as he that swimmeth
spreadeth forth his hands to swim: and he shall bring down their pride
together with the spoils of their hands.
Philippians
3:19 Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose
glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.)
I John 2:16 For
all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the
eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
Sin controls
our present life, if you let it. Unseen future events destroy our destiny to our
path to eternity in heaven with the Lord Jesus Christ. Romans 8:7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it
is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
In the days
of Noah, the people of the world had pride. They wouldn't not even consider
that Noah was trying to save the people from the tremble wrath of God, there
pride was bigger than there heart.
Genesis 6:5 And
GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that
every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil
continually.
Isaiah 55:8 For
my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,
saith the LORD.
If we were
true believers in Christ Jesus we would see our future in the present life,
because we would be ready for the coming of the Lord for the future.
Put away your pride and your shame
for the gospel, and the Lord Jesus Christ, or the Lord Jesus Christ will be
ashamed of you before the Father in heaven.
Mark 8:38 Whosoever
therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful
generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the
glory of his Father with the holy angels.
In the last days people will become
scoffers, and reprobates
Romans
1:28-32 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge,
God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not
convenient; 29
Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness,
covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity;

understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable,
unmerciful: 32
Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are
worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
II Peter
3:3-4 Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers,
walking after their own lusts, 4 And saying,
Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all
