If we compare ourselves in the flesh to God's hands, we lack the strength needed to flight against Satan. In the carnal flesh we are limited in this world to flight against the powers of the devil, but because we are not fighting against flesh and blood, but against spiritual wickedness in this world we will have a big challenge's
Ephesians
6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities,
against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against
spiritual wickedness in high places.
What the
Lord wants from us is allow him to assist you in all your needs. When we are
struggling with life in this world put it in God's hand. The devil does not
want you to get near the best joy you will ever experience in the Lord Jesus
Christ.
Isaiah 26:4 Trust
ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting
strength:
The Devil is
a liar and he comes to steal, and kill, and destroy.
John 10:10 The
thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that
they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
I Peter
5:6-9 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may
exalt you in due time: 7 Casting all your
care upon him; for he careth for you. 8 Be
sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion,
walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: 9 Whom
resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are
accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.
Trust in the
Lord with all your heart, and don't try to figure it out on your own.
Proverbs 3:5-6 5
Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own
understanding. 6 In all thy ways acknowledge
him, and he shall direct thy paths.
There will be many times in our
life while we are in this world struggling with troubles from every side that
we much always remember that God is in control.
Psalms 56:11 In God have I put my
trust: I will not be afraid what man can do unto me.
The Foolish to Shame the Wise
I Corinthians
1:25 Because the foolishness of
God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.
It is impossible to please God
without faith. How could you please God without trusting in the Lord? Remember
Jesus Christ is mediator between you and God. You much believe with all your
heart, and your mind, and your strength in order for God to move in the process
of assisting you in your needs.
James 2:17 Even so faith, if it
hath not works, is dead, being alone.
18.Yea, a man may say, Thou hast
faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew
thee my faith by my works. 19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest
well: the devils also believe, and tremble. 20 But wilt thou know, O vain man,
that faith without works is dead.
If you want God to be in control
you must be living the life as a true born again believer. You must be living
Holy, for the bible says that God is Holy so we which are alive in Christ,
Jesus must be holy also.
I Peter 1:15-16 But as he which hath called you is holy, so be
ye holy in all manner of conversation; 16 Because it is written,
Be ye holy; for I am holy.
We must pray every day for the bible
tells us to pray always without stopping.
1 Thessalonians 5: 17 Pray without
ceasing
As a born again Christian your old
past of sins must be left behind at the cross, and not to return to them
anymore.
2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any
man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed
away; behold, all things are become new.
Hebrews 10:26 For if we sin
wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there
remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,
Give it to the Lord and he will do
the rest...I say, Praise the Lord! and glorify his holy name Jesus Christ.
