Bonded to
Jesus Christ is like a 2 part glue. A 2 part glue consist of 2 different
compound liquids that only work when you mix the 2 liquids together to make a
strong glue subsist.
When you mix
the right ingredients you get what taste better, looks better, feels better,
matches better etc.
Idea of making
a good bond with Jesus Christ is that you need the right ingredients to make a
bond.
Romans 10:11 For the scripture saith,
Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
If we mix
ingredients not in the recipe we will not complete what we aim to do.
2 Corinthians 6:14 Be ye not
unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath
righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with
darkness?
Let us
remind ourselves about the story of Balaam and Balak in the book of Numbers
chapter 22.
If God gives
us in order we should obey and, not question the Lords decision, he is or
guide. In the story of Balaam and Balak, God gave orders to Balaam not to travel
with Balak. Balak was afraid of the people of Israel because Moses and the
people of Israel drove out the Amorites from there city, So Balak wants to
destroy Israel and become greater than the people of Israel.
If you
separate yourself from the cares of the world you will only see what matters
the most in Christ, Jesus. Losing focus on your path to a correct direction
will lead to foolish decisions not made for the glory of the Lord.
Don't be
like the 5 foolish Matthew 25:1-13
The word of
God is the best ingredients to a perfect life with God, we need to listen to
the Master Chief because he knows best. The Master Chief is Jesus Christ. Food
is not the answer to your spiritual strength, it's the word of God.
Matthew 4:4 But he answered and said,
It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that
proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
Also see St. John 6:35 And Jesus said unto them, I
am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that
believeth on me shall never thirst.
Are you ready to bake with the right
ingredients?
