Are you scared?

Are you scared? Are you thinking that now is not the time to get saved? Where are you going after this life?
Some may not understand how joyful it can be to serve the Lord. When I say I joy, I am not talking about mere happiness or laughter, but a way of life. When you have joy in your heart from being a faithful servant of God, it will give you stability in your life that produces peace and hope.
John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
This is the reason why the people in this world need to repent.  
Genesis 6:5-6 And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. 6And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.
When is the best time to receive salvation? (Ask the Church for the answer)
II Corinthians 6:2 (For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now [is] the accepted time; behold, now [is] the day of salvation.)
Luke 13:24,25 Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able. 25When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are:
What benefits will you earn by living to service sin?
Mark 8:36-37 For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?
Let’s remember who give us our precious soul; it was God, and lets us remember the one that has regain hope to give us eternal life with God; and that is Jesus Christ.    
Genesis 2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.  
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.    
Why wait, don’t be left behind, today is the day of salvation.    
Hebrews 12:17 For ye know how that afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected: for he found no place of repentance, though he sought it carefully with tears.
The time when God will not hear
Proverbs 1:24-28 Because I have called, and ye refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded; 25But ye have set at nought all my counsel, and would none of my reproof:26I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh; 27When your fear cometh as desolation, and your destruction cometh as a whirlwind; when distress and anguish cometh upon you.28Then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer; they shall seek me early, but they shall not find me:

A Class by itself


Divide your life in two parts. One reason will be for the purpose of God communicating to the spirit of God and the other will be for the carnal purpose to support your fleshly needs.
1.       Prayer will be on the top of the list meditation on the true needs to please God will be the link to understand the reason for your prayer.  Psalm 18: <A Psalm of David, the servant of the LORD, who spake unto the LORD the words of this song in the day that the LORD delivered him from the hand of all his enemies, and from the hand of Saul: And he said,>> I will love thee, O LORD, my strength. 2The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.3I will call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies.4The sorrows of death compassed me, and the floods of ungodly men made me afraid. 5The sorrows of hell compassed me about: the snares of death prevented me. 6In my distress I called upon the LORD, and cried unto my God: he heard my voice out of his temple, and my cry came before him, even into his ears.
2.       The power of your prayer will determine your strength and love for the Lord. Faith works hand and hand. I John 5:13- These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. 14And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: 15And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.
3.       At times in prayer there will be a delay in your request. And we will be tempted by the devil to be discouraged and lose our faith and lose your request. Joshua 1:  Be strong and of a good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them. 7Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper whithersoever thou goest. 8This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. 9Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.
4.       Romans 15:27 It has pleased them truly; and their debtors they are. For if the Gentiles have been made partakers of their spiritual things, their duty is also to minister to them in carnal things.   
Romans 8:7 7Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. 8So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. 9But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. 10And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

Don't take a vacation on God

Are you tried of a bible-centered life? Are you feeling like you are missing out on life? If you’re thinking this way this could mean that you are getting feed with the cares of this world and, devil is trying to reprogram your way of thinking and living to serve Satan. 

 Think about Job’s integrity. (meaning of integrity: being complete; wholeness; uprightness, honesty, and sincerity.) Note: The Devil all ways hits on the strongest vessels.

 In the book of Job, God gives recognition to Job for his faithful living to God.

(Job 2:3) And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? and still he holdeth fast his integrity, although thou movedst me against him, to destroy him without cause.
If we are losing our grip to a faithful life that could mean that we are entering into a beginning stage to a backsliding condition.

The backslider in heart shall be filled with his own ways: and a good man shall be satisfied from himself.  (Proverbs 14:14)  

 The Devil has ways to work on the mind and work up a plan to get you to try leaving God; he would even use your love ones. This is Jobs wife,
Then said his wife unto him, Dost thou still retain thine integrity? curse God, and die.
(Job 2:9)

If you feel rejected for the name of Jesus, you are blessed already
Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake. (Luke 6:22)

Remember these words. Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.

(1 Peter 1:16)

II Corinthians 6:14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? 
Verse 17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,

Try your fruits (example: If you are growing your fruits in a field, and knowing you have to feed your crops to allow them to grow right. Would you not say? That you are responsible for the way your fruits grow by your actions?
The Lord gives you a seed and you are responsible for the labor. You are given instruction (the Bible) to grow the seed on good ground. The field is the World
(Matthew 13:38) The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;

Ephesians 5:9 (For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;) 
Verse 10 does your labor in the Lord show your works in truth. Or In lie? 
Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord

You are not wasting your time working for the Lord and going through trials and persecution for your faith.

I Corinthians 15:10:11 But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me. 11Therefore whether it were I or they, so we preach, and so ye believed.

   
Don’t grow worry when unexpected issue come your way, and you wondering why?

I Peter 4:12-13 12Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: 13But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy

Worship

Worship

But in vain do they worship me,.... In the Hebrew text it is, "their fear towards me": which is rightly expressed here by "worship"; for the fear of God often intends the whole worship of God, both external and internal: here it only signifies external worship, which these men only attended to. They prayed in the synagogues, read, and, in their way, expounded the books of Moses, and the prophets, to the people, diligently observed the rituals of the ceremonial law, brought their offerings and sacrifices to the temple, and neglected nothing appertaining to the outward service of it; and yet it was all "in vain", and to no purpose; since the heart was wanting, no grace there, they acted from wrong principles, and with wrong views; their worship was merely outward, formal, and customary; and besides, they added doctrines and traditions of their own inventing and devising. The phrase, "in vain", is not in the text in Isaiah: some have thought that it was not originally in Matthew, but inserted by some other hand, to make the sense more complete. Grotius thinks there was a various reading, which is followed by the Septuagint, and the evangelist; and that instead of "and is", it was the same with "in vain": but there is no need to suppose either of these: Christ, who made this citation, either added it himself for the clearer illustration of the passage, and as being entirely agreeable to the sense of it, and which it required, for the true understanding of it; or he might have in his view another passage of the same prophet, speaking of the same people, and upon the same subject, Isaiah 1:11and from thence take the phrase, and, for explanation sake, join it to the passage here. It follows,
teaching for doctrines the commandments of men; that is, teaching the people to observe the traditions of the elders, the decrees and determinations of the doctors, as if they were doctrines delivered by God himself; or, instead of the doctrines contained in the Bible, which lay neglected by them, they obtruded on them the orders, and injunctions of men. In the text in Isaiah, are only these words, "taught by the precept of men": and which relate to their fear and worship of God; and which is here interpreted of their teachers teaching them it, and that explained of the commandments of men; as if, instead of "taught", it had been read, "teaching". The Jews have no reason to quarrel with this construction and sense, since their Targum paraphrases it thus; "and their fear before me is, , according to the commandment of men that teach": and a noted commentator (c) of their's has this remark on the text, "their fear towards me is" not with a perfect heart, but "by the commandment , of the men that teach them".


John 4:23-24 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. 24God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. 
Jesus spoke these words and, it was said and spoken in the book Isaiah    
Matthew 15:9 But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
Isaiah 29:13 Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men:
Fruits of our lips in praise
Hebrews 13:15 By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.
Worship the Lord with true fear and cleave to him
Deuteronomy 10:20 Thou shalt fear the LORD thy God; him shalt thou serve, and to him shalt thou cleave, and swear by his name.

Are you seeking for success?

Are you seeking for success? What is success to you? Is it money? Is it a better job? Is it a better life? All requires strong will and diligent to become successful in a well balanced life. Life begins at birth when God gave us life to receive the earth. In the beginning God created the Earth and all that is in the Earth was good. God created man in the same image as himself and it was good. And God knew that man needed a companion and God gave man a wife. God told the man name Adam that he had rights to anything in the garden evening told him to name all the animals on land and sea whatever name he wanted. But, God make it clear that there was one thing that was forbidding and that was the tree of the forbidding garden not to eat of it. So, things with Adam and his wife Eve was very successful and had no worries of life or sickness and didn’t even have to worry about were there next meal was coming from because all their needs were met by God. God was there Father and loved them both very much he took care of them. On an unplanned day Eve noticed a very intelligent snake wanted to talk to her, so the snake said Eve why don’t you just try those delicious fruits off that tree? And Eve said not so, for God said that we are not allowed to touch that tree or we will die. And the snake that old devil with his crafty speech persuaded Eve to eat of the forbidding tree of the garden, but it didn’t end there she called Adam and shared it with him too. And low and behold, they looked at each other and they noticed that they were naked. This event changed the course for mankind. Sin entered into the world giving mankind chooses to live in Sin or live in righteousness. What is sin? Anything opposite to God will.  

Do you need direction today? Why not ask the Lord into your life and fine what makes so much sense don't wait until its to late. Jesus Christ is your true answer to a life that will give you a peace of mind and joy that money can't buy. Remember I was a sinner at one time until I meet Jesus Christ, I thought like a sinner and living that way I was blind to the truth. My change happen about 30 years ago. My wife that was giving to me by God introduced me to Christ Jesus. I had no clue what she had until I seen something in her that I was curious about, so I ask her, How can I be like you? She said that you need to repent of all your sins to Jesus Christ and he will forgive you. I said, but how do you know if your not a sinner anymore? She said once you say the sinners prayer and you mean it in your heart, you will notices a chance upon you that its like no other feeling you have ever felt. So, I repeated the words she told me to repeat and that was the sinners prayer, lo and behold! I felt like my heart had surgery and its was like new again. It felt very sensitive to thought, when you think bad thoughts your heart is sending a feeling that you should not think this way. Wow! this was incredible. I begin to read the bible and and learned how to pray to Jesus Christ and my life changed for the better.   

If you need to know Jesus Christ repeat these words

 If you are not a Christian, I invite you to receive the hope and peace in your heart that only Jesus gives.
  To become a Christian, you must deal with Christ Jesus directly. In A quiet moment, bow your head and talk to him. In your own words say something like this:
 “Dear Lord Jesus, I am a sinner. I believe that you died and rose from the dead to save me from my sins. I want to be with you in heaven forever. God, forgive me of all my sins that I have committed against you. I here and now open my heart to you and ask you to come into my heart and life and be my personnel Savior. Amen.”
 If you say that to Christ and mean it, He will come in instantly. At once you will sense you have been transferred from the devil’s dominion to the kingdom of God. Read Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.    

Don't look back to your old ways read the bible and pray you will find peace to your soul.

Charity more precious than Gold

I Corinthians 13: 1Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. 2And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing. 3And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.

Chapter 13 show how love works. Love is more important than all the spiritual gifts exercised In the church body. Great faith, acts of dedication or sacrifice, and miracle-working power very little without love. Love makes our actions and gifts useful. Although people have different gifts, love is available to everyone.     

4Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, 5Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil; 6Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; 7Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.
I Peter 4:8 And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins.
Your love much be: Hot or burning; passionate; fervent

There is no Law with love
Galatians 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. 
8Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away. 9For we know in part, and we prophesy in part. 10But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away. 11When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things. 12For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.13And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.
Be rooted and grounded in Love
Ephesians 3:17 That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,
Faith and works are needed ingredients
James 2:20 But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?
The Lord is looking for all the ingredients for a prepared vessel for the Lord
The church in Thyatira write (Thra Tie ra) 

Revelation 2:19 know thy works, and charity, and service, and faith, and thy patience, and thy works; and the last to be more than the first.

Do you have determination?

True believers have strong determination failure is not an option. Determination is when all things are falling apart and you are still standing, you have determination not to give up. Determination is when you can say, I’ll give up when Jesus gives up. 

I John 4:4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. 
Romans 8:35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

Be like Jesus

Be like Jesus

Struggles in the flesh are a common challenge daily. The crippling challenge is sin. We allow it to control our lives because we have let or defense down giving the opportunity for the enemy to spoil or priceless gift giving to us by Jesus Christ.
In the word of God, Jesus speaks on these challenges. How do we protect the greatest gift anyone can receive?

First of all we must have salvation “born again John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. 
Let us look at sins that we must understand that will corrupt the chance of ever being with the Lord.
1.      Lying: not telling the truth

2.      I Corinthians 6:9 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, 10Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. 11And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

We have discovered the sins that tear us away from becoming like Jesus. Because we are in this world we will see and hear of these sins daily. The bible helps us maintain a Godly ready mind to be alert on the dangers that are around to avoid them. Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
There will be days that you become a target of abuse from your family, your co-workers and friends, the bible speaks of this that you will have to endure all such things, but be strong the Lord. The bible calls them trials. I Peter 4:12 Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:  
Don’t be a shame on the new transformation from darkness unto light. Jesus tells let your light shine before man that they may see what God has done with you. Matthew 5:16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

Carnally minded

Romans 8:12 Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh.
We are debtors
Romans 8:17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.
I Corinthians 6:20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.
In Bible days, 30 shekels of silver was the price of a slave. The amount equaled 120 Roman denarii (plural). A denarius (singular) was one day's pay for a laborer. So 120 denarii equaled a worker's salary for 120 days or 4 months' pay.

But still, how much is 30 thirty pieces of silver in "dollars and cents"? Well, I checked some websites, including Gospel Mysteries, and here is what I found. If you convert 30 pieces of silver to dollar, it comes to about $950. According to the Professional Coin Grading Service, if you adjust the amount for inflation over the last 2,000 years, it becomes a whopping $250,000. "Such a sum likely would have purchased a small farm. Quite a bribe for the time"
II Corinthians 10:2 But I beseech [you], that I may not be bold when I am present with that confidence, wherewith I think to be bold against some, which think of us as if we walked according to the flesh.

Don’t be left behind

Today is the day of salvation. Are you ready to meet the Lord if this was the day? There are some of you that feel that you are ready. The lord is looking for a Church without spot or wrinkles

Ephesians 5:17 Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is.
(We are the Church) Ephesians 5:26-27 26That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, 27That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
Are we saved because we are under grace? What does the bible say about grace?
Romans 6:14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace. 15What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid. 16Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness? 17But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you. 18Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.
Where there is no law there is no sin
Romans 4:15 Because the law works wrath: for where no law is, there is no transgression.
How do we live as a Christian? There are 2 very most important commandments that Jesus told us to follow.

Hebrews 12:17 For ye know how that afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected: for he found no place of repentance, though he sought it carefully with tears.

·       The word Christian means to follow Jesus Christ.
To be a Christian requires more than just intellectual agreement to the fact that Jesus exists. Being a Christ follower is More than just acknowledgement of His existence. To be a Believer and be a Follower of Christ is More than just an intellectual acceptance of a few facts.
Accepting Christ Jesus as personal Savior requires more than just saying it or repeating a sentence or even a prayer.
Just saying that you are a Christian doesn’t mean that you are a True Christian.
Just because you say you are saved doesn’t mean that you have received eternal life from God.
All of us are called by God to be His children, but few will respond to that call in the right way and some will choose not respond at all. On the Day of Judgment God will affirm or deny each of our claims to be Christ followers.
If you are a Christian your life will be changed.
You cannot say “I am a Christian” and then turn right around and act out selfish desires without a thought.
If you return to your life of sin and your confession of faith has no effect on your life, if there has been no change in your life, then you are only doing lip service alone to salvation.
Mistakes will be made. Sin is more than a mistake. Sin is deliberate. Mistakes will be made, relapses will be experienced, but the true acceptance of Christ involves seeking His wisdom and guidance, acknowledging sin and repenting. It involves yielding to Him for the answer to your problems.
